The bowl is is marked on bottom: "LO58" (in relief) and stamped "Made in West Germany" and "1786

Perhaps the intent was to imagine what this young man would look like many years down the road

There is a small split in the wood on the top of the box toward the very back left side but it is in overall very good condition
