I found it pretty challenging

It costs three mana and is in Blue but whenever your opponents so much as breath (read: cast any spell) they are presented with a choice: pay one mana or let you draw a card

I dont care about that Gamble-like final abilitybut it says something that Cool but Rude made the list with me basically ignoring it
