Its certainly strong in some scenarios, namely when its copying enter-the-battlefield, or ETB effects, but the card is rather unimpressive outside of degenerate combo appliances

It's...probably not necessary

It was a toss-up between this and the Gold Secret Rare Ultra Ball, but the art on this card is just too good to pass up

This thing scales in size very quickly: assuming everyone has creatures, where X=1, for five mana youll get a 9/9 flyer with trample

Not many other games offer such intricate ways for players to respond or anticipate their opponents moves, and thats harder still to find in a multiplayer setting
