My list doesn't focus on cEDH at all, but I can imagine this has a home there, given the sheer amount of stack interaction in that format

But Ice Barriers true strength comes from its Graveyard effect, which allows you to send one Level 5 or higher Water Monster from your deck to the Graveyard and then add any Water Monster from the Graveyard to your hand
