One thing we've seen over the past year of Standard is that the combination of cheap removal and heavily played planeswalkers that incidentally answer creatures (basically every Teferi, Oko, Thief of Crowns, etc.) makes it difficult to build around cards like Captain Sisay
Finally, I was much too high on Foul Emissary, who has not seen more play because of how badly he matches up against Liliana, the Last Hope
We also brought back the original white mana symbol, the original basic land template, and the classic art
Overall, it's a solid card that could see play in the right deck
This prevents you from blowing out six or eight lands in a couple of turns barring anything obscene
It doesnt even matter which one you look at, youre looking at a card that does damage and discards some Energy thats it
