This style of the artwork really plays to the classic fairy tale theme of the Knights of the Round Table, as do the rest of the cards in the Noble Knights series

Drawing off of your opponents' non-creature cards plus a cumulative upkeep is obviously nowhere near as good as Rhystic Study, but you'd be surprised the amount of cards you can draw from this little guy especially when you get it down on turn one or two

This can essentially turn into a one mana spell that lets you draw three cards

But thats not all its good for

In the perfect color scheme for a lifegain deck, this card lets you pay to draw X, and through a few steps, gain that X in Vampire Knight 1/1s with Lifelink
