Nowadays, youre a lot more likely to see a creature such as the not-so-subtle reference of Ravenous Giant in the Uncommon slot
You rarely recover from many of these destruction moves, as only one card, the aforementioned Song of Inspiration, allows you to bring creatures back from the graveyard
It has that nice Secret Rendezvous rate of three cards for three mana (assuming you still have three opponents!), but instead of piling the shared value in one place, it gives one card to each other player
WotC can always print another round of promos, and those newer promos might be nicer than the older ones
