Founded in 1824, Macallan is now one of the largest producers of single malt whiskey in Scotland. Old bottlings regularly achieve record sums at auctions worldwide. Since 2017, the new distillery has been producing on a total of 36 stills. Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak matured the entire time in former sherry
