Coalport Armorial Cabinet Cup & Saucer Cobalt Blue Gilt Swan Crest c.1900 Wedgwood majolica potteryA Coalport armorial cabinet cup and saucer with a deep cobalt blue band richly gilt with foliate borders, the well centred with a hand painted heraldic crest of a displayed swan upon a wreath. Both pieces carry the green printed crowned 'ENGLAND COALPORT A. D. 1750' mark, dating the set to circa 18911920. The gilt handle and rims are bright. The saucer measures approximately 14cm diameter, the cup approximately 9cm diameter. In good antique condition
